Program Dates: September 28 – December 18, 2026
Frequency: 3 training days per week
Study Hall: 4:30–6:00 PM
Training: 6:00–8:00 PM
Schedule Note: Training is generally scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. During the winter sports season, some practice days may shift due to DKFI home athletic events. Families will receive advance notice of schedule changes.

Fall Development| Full Payment
12-week Fall Athlete Development Program from September 28–December 18. Includes Study Hall, speed development, strength training, sprint mechanics, conditioning, performance testing, and indoor-track preparation. Includes a Bounce Tech long-sleeve team shirt. Competition is not included.

Full Bounce Tech competition pathway from fall training through the indoor season. Includes Fall Training, competition preparation, regular-season meet entry fees when included, event planning, race strategy, relay eligibility, meet-day coaching, long-sleeve team shirt, and official Bounce Tech sweatsuit. Travel, hotels, meals, AAU membership, and certain championship expenses are separate.
